![]() ![]() (BBB, CCC, ACACAC, V) Very strong moral worldview with very strong Christian allegory at the end, as well as very strong, overt anti-Communist, pro-democracy, animal farm dialogue and action, with self-sacrifice, mutual support, forgiveness, kindness, determination to do the right thing, loyalty, never giving up on others, and clear old fashioned virtues no foul language but a couple jokes with innuendoes such as Barbi admires Ken’s ascot, some very slight homosexual suggestions that are rebuked by the action, reference to sandbox where “Lincoln Logs” are not “Lincoln Logs,” pea children hide in the rear end of another toy, and Ken offers to show Barbie his clothes at his dream house “where the magic happens” some light comic and action violence with toys in danger from rough handling by children in day care center, being taken apart and headed for destruction with the rest of the trash Mr. Pixar and Disney have hit another home run with TOY STORY 3! There are a few very light innuendoes, but parents and their children will definitely want to see it. As usual, the animation is brilliant! Best of all, the movie presents a powerful, poignant picture of being rescued and redeemed. You will cheer, cry and laugh until your buttons pop. TOY STORY 3 is funny, playful and highly entertaining. Who will rescue them from being destroyed with the rest of the trash in the fiery pit? The toys escape from the day care center but end up in the garbage. Barbie tells Lotso that government is from the consent of the governed. Lotso has turned Sunnyside into an Animal Farm, Communist Concentration camp. The villains are not the children, however, but some of the other toys, who serve a dictator toy named Lotso. Woody decides to rescue the toys, which are in danger of being destroyed by the rambunctious young children at the day care center. Accidently, his mother gives away all his toys except Woody to Sunnyside Daycare. In TOY STORY 3, Andy is going away to college. ![]()
